Create your listing
We designed our site to be as easy to use as possible, we have all the information required to sell a property. Our system will create high quality sales details, all you have do it is insert your pictures, text and room sizes. You can create a listing including uploading 7 images in approx 10-15 minutes from start to finish. Your property can be marketed to millions of potential buyers in approx 24hrs. 1. Take internal and external pictures of the property

You can also add up to 6 internal photographs of the property and you will need an External photograph of the property

We highly recommend you take internal photographs of your property our research has shown that properties with internal photographs, attractive more viewings than properties without.

2. Measuring your rooms.

Measure all rooms except the bathroom and hall ways. Rooms are measured from widest points.

3. You will need to write your property description.
|
A property description should be short, factual and interesting. Pointing out what the property is and has i.e. type of property, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms etc. The description should also contain information about what the property is in close proximity to, in relation to transport links and local amenities. A property description should, in no way be misleading

4. Edit and approve your property details.

We will proof read all details before they are published.

Below we have listed how we would progress the Sale, in our opinion.

- Take the buyers name, address, and solicitor’s details.
|
- Confirm the buyers position, do they have property to sell or are they chain free?
|
- Ask the buyer their financial position, how much deposit do they have, have they got a mortgage agreed?

- Inform your solicitor and your buyers solicitor within 24hrs of agreeing the sale, subject to working hours. If required we will do this for you via email.
|
- Confirm with your solicitor they have spoken with the buyers solicitor and they have been instructed.
|
- Confirm with the buyers if you are going to take the property off the market.
|
- Confirm timescale with the buyer when the survey will be carried out. We would recommend the longest period to be 10 working days.
|
- Once their survey has been instructed and you have confirmation that the draft contracts have gone out, we recommend you phone your solicitor twice per week for a progress report.
